Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery
We ship all orders in one-two business days. We offer free shipping we will try to find the best carrier to deliver your material via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot choose the specific carrier.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email, typically the day after your order ships. You can then find your tracking information by using our “What’s my order status?” link. Please use the contact us page to communicate with us regarding your order if needed.

Security: Our website SSL security (Secure Sockets Layer) which protects your personal information by securing and encrypting any information you send to us is provided by Rapid SSL. You will notice as you proceed to our shopping cart, a lock icon will appear in your browser interface. At this time your personal information is protected by Rapid SSL. You can view more information by clicking directly on the lock which contains more information about our SSL Certificate. For added security we do not store any credit card information. Your credit card number is never in our database. We also understand customers who want to do business the old fashioned way. That's great, just give us a call and we will work something out.
We do accept returns. Return shipping is your responsibility. Please note that all of our insulation rolls are costly to ship due to their large size. If in doubt, please request a sample of our material by using our contact us page here. We also have a 15% restock fee to cover return, restocking, and packaging costs.
Ordering is completed via our website or via PayPal if you prefer. To call in orders, please call 1-800-871-0410. We do accept personal checks as well but will hold the order until the check clears.
Cancellations are accepted but they need to happen quickly. Once your order reaches a certain point in the shipping process it cannot be stopped. At that point, please see Returns for additional details.
Order Status
Click here to see your order status and obtain any available tracking information. Orders will be in “processing” status until they ship. Once tracking is updated the order will be “complete” and tracking information can be obtained through the link above.
